Spots Offers for Jiusan Soybean Meal Are Buoyant in Liaoning on October 9th
Cofeed News: US soybeans prices registered upward during national holidays in light of robust exports but delayed harvest and alarming weather in South America, by contrast, soybean meal prices in DCE today start to rebound. Today(on October 9th), Jiusan in Dalian, Liaoning offers 3,120 yuan/tonne (USD $470/tonne) for soybean meal(43% protein content) spots, a rise of 20 yuan/tonne against September 29th, yet prices are negotiable and the basis stops to quote. The spread for soybean meal(45% protein content) is +160 yuan/tonne, +30 yuan/tonne for soybean meal of larger slices. Approximately, 5,000 tonnes soybeans are processed each day by two-line operation.
