China’s import of sorghum in September 2017
According to latest customs data, imports of sorghum in September are increased to 402,973.346 tonnes, up 55.05% from 259,891.752 tonnes attained in August with an increase of 143,081.594 tonnes. Yet, imports fall by 42,60% against last year’s 697,901.49 tonnes with a reduction of 294,928.144 tonnes. Overall, China has imported 4,240,955.894 tonnes of sorghum from January to September against last year’s 5,679,485 tonnes, down 25.33% with a decline of 1,438,529.106 tonnes.
