Investigation report on stocks of rapeseed, rapeseed oil and meal in coastal areas and East China(week 45)

I. Stocks, arrivals and machine operation of rapeseed

    Till November 10th this week, coastal stocks of imported rapeseed have fallen slightly to 355,500 tonnes by 1.66% from last week’s 316,500 tonnes with a decline of 60,000 tonnes, yet up 58% over the same period last year of 225,000 tonnes. While total rapeseed stocks in such regions as Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian have downsized to 274,000 tonnes by 19.41% against 340,000 tonnes last week, but up 60.23% over the same period in the previous year of 171,000 tonnes. Port arrivals of rapeseed in October, November and December are basically normal, in detail, 381,500 tonnes, 360,000 tonnes and 390,000 tonnes respectively. Details for weekly stocks are shown as follows:

II. Stocks of rapeseed oil and amounts in outstanding contracts
    Till November 10th, rapeseed oil stocks in regions have decreased to 369,100 tonnes by 8% from last week’s 401,200 tonnes, with a drop of 32,100 tonnes, yet up 1.54% over the same period last year of 363,500 tonnes. Details for weekly stocks are shown as follows:

III. Coastal stocks of rapeseed meal and amounts in outstanding contracts
    Till November 11th, rapeseed meal stocks have also downgraded to 18,600 tonnes by 1.06% from last week’s 18,800 tonnes, with a decline of 200 tonnes, yet surprisingly up 148% from 7,500 tonnes attained the same period last year. Details for weekly stocks are shown as follows:
