China’s import of soybeans in October 2017
According to General Administration of Customs in Beijing on November 24(on Friday), China's soybean imports in October amount to 5,856,065 tonnes, an increase of 12.35% over the same period last year. Brazil is the largest supplier for Chinese imports, to be specific, about 3,376,114 tonnes of imported soybeans in October are from Brazil, which is more than double compared with the same period a year ago. Overall, China has imported 77,306,888 tonnes of soybeans from January to October, a year-on-year growth of 15.25%.
