China’s import of palm oil in October 2017
According to China’s General Administration of Customs, imports of palm oil in October are downsized to 480,114 tonnes, down 30.2% with a drop of 207,828 tonnes against September’s 687,942 tonnes, while the figure is still 77.8% higher than last year’s 270,168 tonnes, with a rise of 209,946 tonnes. To be specific, China has imported 316,427.635 tonnes of 24-degree palm oil and 160,843.571 tonnes of 44-degree palm oil in October, falling 172,017.365 tonnes and 36,299.429 against last month’s 488,445 tonnes and 197,143 tonnes.
