China’s import of barley in November 2017
According to customs data, November imports of barley continue to slide after five-month straight gains, in detail, imports are downsized to 641,525.638 tonnes by 6.14% from 683,476.044 tonnes in October with a reduction of 41,950.406 tonnes, yet the figure is still 218,487.036 tonnes or 51.65% higher than 423,038.602 tonnes attained in the same period last year. Generally, imports during January and November total 8,282,231.318 tonnes, a rise of 3,681,530.428 tonnes or 80.02% higher compared with 4,600,700.89 tonnes the same period last year.
