The operating rate recovers impressively in coastal oil mills this week (week 9 of 2018, Feb. 24th- March. 2nd). Rapeseed crush of 101 oil mills counted in the national survey increases to 27,000 tonnes from 6,000 tonnes attained in last week by surprisingly 350% or 21,000 tonnes higher. Meantime the operating rate for rapeseed crush this week (capacity utilization) is raised to 5.39% from 1.2% last week, among which operating rate of domestic rapeseed still stands at 0% this week and that of imported rapeseed in coastal processing plants rises from 2.91% to 13.08%. Generally, rapeseed crush will be accumulated to 60,000 tonnes and 104,000 tonnes in next two weeks respectively in light of resumed operation.
