The operating rate is lifted impressively in coastal oil mills this week (week 10 of 2018, Mar. 3rd- 9th). Rapeseed crush of 101 oil mills counted in the national survey increases to 87,590 tonnes from 27,000 tonnes attained in last week by surprisingly 224.4% or 60,590 tonnes higher. Meantime the operating rate for rapeseed crush this week (capacity utilization) is raised from 5.39% to 17.48% on the week, among which operating rate of domestic rapeseed still stands at 0% this week and that of imported rapeseed in coastal processing plants rises from 13.08% to 41.16%. Generally, rapeseed crush will both be accumulated to 95,000 tonnes in next two weeks in light of lifted operating rate.
