The operating rate is marginally lowered in coastal oil mills this week (week 12 of 2018, Mar. 17th- 23rd). Rapeseed crush of 101 oil mills counted in the national survey decreases to 117,150 tonnes from 129,150 tonnes attained in last week by 9.29% or 12,000 tonnes lower. Meantime the operating rate for rapeseed crush this week (capacity utilization) is down to 23.38% from 25.78% on the week, among which the operating rate of domestic rapeseed stands at 1.17% and that of imported rapeseed in coastal processing plants falls from 61.02% to 55.21%. Generally, rapeseed crush will probably fall to 80,000 tonnes and 79,000 tonnes in the following two weeks factored in machine halt for overhauls in some oil mills.
