Cottonseed oil: Cottonseed oil stock is on the increase this week, mainly due to a growing output under rising operation rate in cottonseed oil mills, but the increment is relatively limited as its output is restricted by an overall low operation rate. Until this Friday, 62 national oil mills have 4,550 tonnes of cottonseed oil in stock, up 580 tonnes from last week’s 3,970 tonnes by 14.61%; but it sees a 3,750 tonnes below last year’s 8,300 tonnes of the corresponding period by 45.18%.

Cottonseed meal: Cottonseed meal stock increases this week as its output grows with another pickup of operation rate in oil mills under a slower pace in clinching new deals. But the increment is limited as there are many contracts unfinished. Until this Friday, 62 national oil mills have 570 tonnes of cottonseed meal in stock, up 210 tonnes from last week’s 360 tonnes by 58.33%; but it sees a 1,080 tonnes below last year’s 1,650 tonnes of the corresponding period by 65.46%.
