This week (Oct 27th-Nov 2nd), as operation rate in coastal refineries goes down slightly, rapeseed crush volume in 101 domestic mills surveyed by Cofeed has fallen to 110,510 tonnes, down 4,000 tonnes by 3.5% from 114,510 tonnes last week. Compared to 22.86% last week, operation rate (capacity utilization) is 22.06% this week, where it remains unchanged at 2.42% for domestic rapeseed; and it is 50.36% for imported rapeseed in coastal areas, as against 52.3% last week. Some oil mills will start double production lines in the next two weeks, so the crush volume will climb back to 128,000 tonnes next week (week 45) and to 129,000 tonnes in week 46.
