I.Hog Price
This week (Aug 23-30), hog price nationwide keeps the upward trend. As of this Friday, the average price index is 27.99 yuan/kg, an increase of 2.03 yuan/kg or 7.82% from 25.96 yuan/kg last Friday and an increase of 14.38 yuan/kg or 105.66% from 13.61 yuan/kg the corresponding period last year.

II. Breeding Margins
The average profit of per pig breeding is 1319.84 yuan this week, up by 18.0% from 1118.68 yuan last week and up by 1032.9% or 1203.34 yuan from 116.5 yuan of the same period last year.
