Announcement No. 148, 2019 by the GACC [Announcement on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the import of Belarusian sugar beet pulp]

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the protocol of sanitary and phytosanitary requirements for the export of  sugar beet pulp from the Republic of Belarus to the People's Republic of China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, China’s Customs has approved the import of sugar beet pulp in line with relevant requirements from Belarus . Specific inspection and quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated.
