The 13th round of high-level trade negotiations between China and the United States will be held  in Washington in the week after China’s National Day holiday, with the Chinese delegation led by its state Vice Premier Liu He. 

China hopes both sides will resolve their trade disputes on the basis of equality and mutual respect, and this will be beneficial to two peoples and the world, said Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shouwen on Sunday.
