This week (Oct. 25-Nov. 1), hog price nationwide rises before inhibition. As of this Friday, the average price index is 40.30 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.59 yuan/kg or 1.40% from 40.89 yuan/kg last Friday and an increase of 27.02 yuan/kg or 203.50% from 13.28 yuan/kg the same period last year.

This week, nationwide average profit of per pig breeding is 1971.55 yuan, down by 7.2% from 2123.74 yuan last week and up by 1892.0 yuan or 2379.6% from 79.5 yuan the same period last year.
