Monthly carryover inventory at ports in China

Soybean stocks continue to decline this month, as some imports are for state reserves, rather than for mills. By the end of October, imported soybean inventory totals 4,626,000 tonnes, down 600,000 tonnes by 11.48% from 5,226,000 tonnes in September and down by 41.40% from 7,894,700 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. The stocks are predicted to continue to fall as come cargoes are still for state reserves and mills will also pick up their soybean crush.
