In Oct 2019, the Producer Price Index (PPI) for manufactured goods decreased by 1.6% year on year but increased by 0.1% month on month. The Purchasing Price Index for manufactured goods down by 2.1% year on year but up by 0.2% month on month. On an average from January to October, the PPI for manufactured goods fell 0.2% from a year earlier, while that of the purchasing price index for manufactured goods fell 0.5%.
