Announcement No. 173 of 2019 by the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the import of Brazilian cottonseed meal)

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the PRC, and the Protocol of Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Cottonseed Meal from Brazil to China between the GACC of the PRC and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply of the Federative Republic of Brazil, China has approved cottonseed meal imports from Brazil. Specific inspection and quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated.
