China imported 73,000 tonnes of cotton in October 2019, down 12.47% from 83,400 tonnes in September and down 32.34% from a year earlier, according to data by China’s Customs.

Cotton imports total 1.7548 million tonnes from January to October 2019, up 42.31% from 1.2272 million tonnes of the corresponding period in 2018.
