This week (Nov. 22-Nov. 29), hog price nationwide continues to drop. As of this Friday, the average price index is 31.98 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.82 yuan/kg or 2.5% from 32.80 yuan/kg last Friday and an increase of 19.10 yuan/kg or 148.30% from 12.88 yuan/kg the same period last year.

This week, nationwide average profit of per pig breeding decreases by 84.0 yuan or 8.1% to 955.28 yuan from 1039.30 yuan last week; that up by 886.80 yuan or 1295.0% from 68.48 yuan the same period last year.
