China imported about 110,000 tonnes of cotton in November 2019, down by 21,500 tonnes or 16.35% from 131,150 tonnes last November, yet up by nearly 40,000 tonnes or 57.14% from 70,000 tonnes in the previous month, according to preliminary data released by China’s Customs.
