This week (Jan. 3, 2020-Jan. 10, 2020), hog price nationwide continues to go up. As of this Friday, the average price index is 36.42 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.41 yuan/kg or 1.10% from 36.01 yuan/kg last Friday and an increase of 24.19 yuan/kg or 197.80% from 12.23 yuan/kg the same period last year.

This week, nationwide average profit of per pig breeding up by 42.31 yuan or 2.9% to 1479.26 yuan from 1436.95 yuan last week; that up by 1434.63 yuan or 3214.5% from 44.63 yuan the same period last year.
