China imported 88.51 mln tonnes of soybeans in 2019, up 0.5% from that in 2018, according to data by China’s General Administration of Customs.

Besides, meat imports grew at a fast pace this year, of which pork imports went up 75% to 2.108 mln tonnes and beef imports up 59.7% to 1.659 mln tonnes.
