This week (Feb. 3-Feb. 7, 2020), hog price nationwide keeps increasing compared to before Spring Festival holiday. As of this Friday, the average price index is 38.06 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.45 yuan/kg or 4.00% from 36.61 yuan/kg before the holiday and an increase of 26.08 yuan/kg or 217.70% from 11.98 yuan/kg the same period last year.
