In accordance with Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Duties and other relevant laws and regulations, and with the approval of the State Council, the Customs Tariff Commission has issued an announcement on the elimination of market-oriented procurement of goods subject to additional tariffs from the United States. 

Starting from March 2, 2020, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council will accept the application of relevant domestic firms for the exemption of additional tariffs imposed on some US products within a certain period of time, according to the announcement.
