Stocks of Rapeseed, Rapeseed oil and Rapeseed Meal in Coastal Areas and East China (Week 9, 2020)

I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals
 
This week (ended Feb. 28th), rapeseed inventory totals 189,000 tonnes in domestic coastal areas, a reduction of 25,000 tonnes by 11.68% from 214,000 tonnes last week and by 68.47% from 599,500 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 179,000 tonnes, down 12.25% from 204,000 tonnes last week and down by 55.58% from 425,500 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. China and Canada are still in a stalemate. According to Cofeed, there will be 110,000 tonnes of Australian rapeseed and 120,000 tonnes of Canadian rapeseed in February, and 60,000 tonnes of Australian rapeseed and 240,000 tonnes of Canadian rapeseed in March. Only when there is a thaw between China and Canada will Chinese firms start to buy Canadian rapeseed substantially. Currently, only several private importers and foreign-owned firms still have rapeseed arriving at ports. Rapeseed has a tight supply prospect.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks
 
This week (ended Feb. 28th), rapeseed oil stock is 304,900 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 4,500 tonnes by 1.50% from 300,400 tonnes last week yet down by 45.58% from 560,300 tonnes of the same period last year. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks
 
This week (ended Feb. 28th), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 18,000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, down 7,500 tonnes by 29.41% from 25,500 tonnes last week and down by 57.65% from 42,500 tonnes of the same period last year. More details for stocks:
