China’s Customs: Mar soybean imports at 4.28 mln tonnes, down 24.59% m/m
China imported 4.28 mln tonnes of soybeans in March 2020, down 1.396 mln tonnes or 24.59% from 5.676 mln tonnes in February, and down 636,300 tonnes or 12.94% from 4.9163 mln tonnes in March 2019, according to data by China’s General Administration of Customs.
Soybean imports from January to March 2020 totaled 17.7943 mln tonnes, up 1.0456 mln tonnes or 6.24% from 16.7487 mln tonnes in the corresponding period in 2019.
