In April 2020, Producer Price Index (PPI) for manufactured goods declined by 3.1% from the corresponding period last year and 1.3% from the previous month. The purchasing price index for manufactured goods lowered 1.2% than a year earlier and 2.3% than a month earlier. On an average, from January to April, the PPI was down 1.2% and the purchasing price index was down 1.5% from the same period last year. (source: National Bureau of Statistics)
