With a slight decline in operation rates this week (June 20-26), rapeseed crush in 101 domestic mills surveyed by Cofeed has totaled 53,000 tonnes (imported rapeseed 53,000 tonnes and domestic rapeseed 0 tonne), down 2,000 tonnes or 3.64% from 55,000 tonnes from last week. Meanwhile, the operation rate (capability utilization) is 10.58% this week compared to 10.98% last week, of which it is 0% for domestic rapeseed; and it moves lower to 25.67% this week from 26.63% last week for imported rapeseed in coastal regions. Rapeseed crush is will increase to 54,000 tonnes and 66,500 tonnes in the next two weeks, respectively. Overall, due to rapeseed shortages, the crush remains at a relatively low level at present.
