I. Hog Price
This week (Jul. 6-10), hog price keeps increasing on the whole. And the average hog price index is 38.42 CNY/kg nationwide, an advance of 1.93 CNY/kg or 5.40% from 36.46 CNY/kg a week earlier and an increase of 19.75 CNY/kg or 105.80% from 18.67 CNY/kg in the corresponding period last year.

II. Breeding Margins
This week, the breeding margin of purchased piglet is 1753.35 CNY per head nationwide, up 133.19 CNY/head or 8.20% from 1620.16 CNY last week and up 1366.83 CNY or 2779.80% from 386.52 CNY a year earlier.
