I. Hog Price
This week (Jul. 13-17), hog price in China goes down with fluctuations. And the average hog price index is 37.95 CNY/kg nationwide, a decline of 0.47 CNY/kg or 1.20% from 38.42 CNY/kg a week earlier and an increase of 18.54 CNY/kg or 95.50% from 19.41 CNY/kg in the corresponding period last year.

II. Breeding Margins
This week, the breeding margin of purchased piglet is 1667.05 CNY per head nationwide, down by 86.30 CNY/head or 4.90% from 1753.35 CNY last week and up by 1199.56 CNY or 2439.60% from 467.49 CNY a year earlier.
