As operation rates are little changed in coastal regions this week (July 18-24), rapeseed crush in 101 domestic mills surveyed by Cofeed has totaled 53,560 tonnes (imported rapeseed 53,000 tonnes (meal 31,800 tonnes and oil 21,200 tonnes), and domestic rapeseed 560 tonnes), flat with 53,560 tonnes last week. Meanwhile, the operation rate (capability utilization) remain steady at 10.69% this week, of which it is 0.21% for domestic rapeseed; and it is unchanged at 25.67% this week for imported rapeseed in coastal regions. The crush is predicted to increase to 63,500 tonnes both in the next two weeks. Overall, due to rapeseed shortages, the crush remains at a relatively low level at present.
