I. Hog Price
This week (Jul. 27-31), hog price in China rebounds after a decline. And the average hog price index is 37.93 CNY/kg nationwide, a rise of 0.83 CNY/kg or 2.20% from 37.10 CNY/kg a week earlier and an increase of 18.76 CNY/kg or 97.90% from 19.17 CNY/kg in the corresponding period last year.

II. Breeding Margins
This week, the breeding margin of purchased piglet is 1574.22 CNY per head nationwide, up by 69.41 CNY/head or 4.60% from 1504.81 CNY last week and up by 1065.24 CNY or 2166.40% from 508.98 CNY a year earlier.
