China imported 9.604 mln tonnes of soybeans in August, a month-on-month reduction of 487,400 tonnes or 4.83%, but a year-on-year increase of 123,800 tonnes or 1.31%, according to data released by China’s Customs.

January-August 2020 soybean imports totaled 64.7387 mln tonnes in China, up 14.96% from a year earlier.
