I. Hog Price
This week (September 21-September 25), hog price in China extends the decline. And the average price index nationwide is 32.90 CNY/kg, a decrease of 2.28 CNY/kg or 6.50% versus 35.18 CNY/kg in the previous week, but an increase of 3.47 CNY/kg or 11.80% compared with 29.43 CNY/kg in the same period last year.

II. Breeding Margins
This week, the breeding margin of purchased piglet is 1200.08 CNY per head nationwide, down by 170.90 CNY or 12.50% from 1370.98 CNY last Friday and up by 130.25 CNY or 12.20% from 1069.83 CNY a year earlier.
