With a further decline in operation rates in coastal regions this week (Oct 10-16), rapeseed crush in 101 domestic mills surveyed by Cofeed totals 51,560 tonnes, down 4,000 tonnes or 7.2% from 55,560 tonnes last week. Of it, imported rapeseed is 51,000 tonnes (meal 28,050 tonnes and oil 21,420 tonnes) and domestic rapeseed 560 tonnes. Meanwhile, the operation rate (capability utilization) goes down to 10.29% from 11.09% last week, of which it is 0.21% for domestic rapeseed; and it is 24.7% for imported rapeseed in coastal regions, compared to 26.63% last week. The crush is predicted to return to 64,000 tonnes in the next two weeks, respectively.
