I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals

This week (ending Oct 16), China’s rapeseed inventory totals 292,000 tonnes in coastal areas, down 51,000 tonnes or 14.87% from 343,000 tonnes last week but up 11.03% from 263,000 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 292,000 tonnes, down 14.87% from 343,000 tonnes last week and up 59.56% from 183,000 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. Rapeseed imports from Canada will include 238,000 tonnes in October and 180,000 tonnes in November, according to data by Cofeed. Currently, only several private-owned and foreign-funded oil mills are making imports, and Chinese companies will make bulk imports only in the wake of a thaw between China and Canada.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks

This week (ending Oct 16), rapeseed oil stocks are 293,400 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 94,400 tonnes or 47.44% from 199,000 tonnes last week and down by 36.63% from 463,000 tonnes of the same period last year. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks

This week (ending Oct 16), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 5,000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 1000 tonnes or 25% from 4,000 tonnes last week and down by 85.16% from 33,700 tonnes of the same period last year. More details for stocks:
