China imported 8.688 mln tonnes of soybeans in October, a reduction of 1.1018 mln tonnes or 11.25% from 9.7898 mln tonnes in the previous month, but an increase of 2.5069 mln tonnes or 40.55% from 6.1811 mln tonnes a year earlier, according to data released by China’s Customs.

China’s soybean imports total 83.217 mln tonnes from January to October in 2020, up 17.72% from the same period last year.
