I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals

This week (ending Jan 22), China’s rapeseed inventory totals 266,000 tonnes in coastal areas, down 49,000 tonnes or 15.56% from 315,000 tonnes last week but up 57.4% from 169,000 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 266,000 tonnes, down 49,000 tonnes or 115.56% from 315,000 tonnes last week but up 65.2% from 161,000 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. Rapeseed imports will include 251,000 tonnes and 180,000 tonnes from Canada in January and February respectively, according to data by Cofeed. Currently, only several private-owned and foreign-funded oil mills are making imports, and Chinese companies will make bulk imports only in the wake of a thaw between China and Canada.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks

This week (ending Jan 22), rapeseed oil stocks are 143,300 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 800 tonnes or 0.56% from 142,500 tonnes last week and down 47.35% from 272,200 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks

This week (ending Jan 22), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 42,000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 1,000 tonnes or 2.44% from 41,000 tonnes last week and up 281.82% from 11,000 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:
