Stocks of Rapeseed, Rapeseed oil and Rapeseed Meal in Coastal Areas and East China (Week 5, 2021)

I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals

 

This week (ending Feb 5), China’s rapeseed inventory totals 240,000 tonnes in coastal areas, up 9,000 tonnes or 3.9% from 231,000 tonnes last week and up 86.04% from 129,000 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 240,000 tonnes,  up 9,000 tonnes or 3.9% from 231,000 tonnes last week and up 128.6% from 105,000 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. Rapeseed imports will include 185,000 tonnes and 240,000 tonnes from Canada in February and March respectively, according to data by Cofeed. Currently, only several private-owned and foreign-funded oil mills are making imports, and Chinese companies will make bulk imports only in the wake of a thaw between China and Canada.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks

 

This week (ending Feb 5), rapeseed oil stocks are 169,800 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 1,800 tonnes or 1.07% from 168,000 tonnes last week and down 39.85% from 282,300 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks

 

This week (ending Feb 5), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 42000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, down 2,500 tonnes or 5.62% from 44500 tonnes last week and up 180% from 15000 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:
