I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals

This week (ending Mar 19), China’s rapeseed inventory totals 305,000 tonnes in coastal areas, down 63,000 tonnes or 17.12% from 368,000 tonnes last week but up 35.56% from 225,000 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 305,000 tonnes, down 63,000 tonnes or 17.12% from 368,000 tonnes last week but up 36.16% from 224,000 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. Rapeseed imports will include 126,000 tonnes and 240,000 tonnes from Canada in March and April respectively, according to data by Cofeed. Currently, only several private-owned and foreign-funded oil mills are making imports, and Chinese companies will make bulk imports only in the wake of a thaw between China and Canada.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks

This week (ending Mar 19), rapeseed oil stocks are 203,250 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, down 18,400 tonnes or 8.30% from 221,650 tonnes last week and down 35.27% from 314,000 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks

This week (ending Mar 19), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 64,000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 4,000 tonnes or 6.67% from 60,000 tonnes last week and up 300% from 16,000 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:
