I. Rapeseed: stocks and port arrivals

This week (ending Mar 26), China’s rapeseed inventory totals 244,000 tonnes in coastal areas, down 61,000 tonnes or 20% from 305,000 tonnes last week but up 4.72% from 233,000 tonnes of the corresponding period last year. Among them, stock in Guangxi, Guangdong and Fujian is 244,000 tonnes, down 61,000 tonnes or 20% from 305,000 tonnes last week but up 41.86% from 172,000 tonnes of the same week in the previous year. Rapeseed imports will include 126,000 tonnes and 240,000 tonnes from Canada in March and April respectively, according to data by Cofeed. Currently, only several private-owned and foreign-funded oil mills are making imports, and Chinese companies will make bulk imports only in the wake of a thaw between China and Canada.

II. Rapeseed oil stocks

This week (ending Mar 26), rapeseed oil stocks are 218,150 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 14,900 tonnes or 7.33% from 203,250 tonnes last week and down 30.92% from 315,800 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:

III. Rapeseed meal stocks

This week (ending Mar 26), rapeseed meal stock has totaled 72,000 tonnes in domestic coastal regions, up 8,000 tonnes or 12.5% from 64,000 tonnes last week and up 254.68% from 20,300 tonnes a year earlier. More details for stocks:
